How to find golf partners · How joining a booked round works
Where to book
The city lists nine-day advance access for Phoenix Golf Card holders. Its booking page caps groups at four and requires cancellations at least 24 hours ahead. Confirm current seasonal rates in the portal rather than applying an old seasonal rate sheet to a future trip.

How far ahead can you book?
The planner can calculate the published nine-day cardholder date. The reviewed pages do not establish an exact daily release clock or one universal non-cardholder window. Use America/Phoenix local time and confirm the offered dates for your account.
When should you check for your date?
Count back from the day you want to play. All dates and release clocks use the course’s local time: America/Phoenix.
The city lists nine-day access for resident and nonresident cardholders. The exact release time is unverified; seasonal advance offers may differ.
Check the official reservation policy → · Reviewed 2026-11-03. If the portal or course gives different terms, use those before booking.
What to know before you play
- Write 'Aguila 18' or 'Aguila 9' in the plan. These share a facility name but are different golf choices.
- Check the city’s current maintenance and seasonal-hours notices before committing. A bookable date is not a guarantee of a particular course condition.
- For a nine-hole booking on Aguila 18, contact the course as directed by the city rather than changing an 18-hole reservation yourself.
What if tee times are full?
When your date is open for booking, Jolf can monitor supported tee times for your preferred day, time window and number of players. If a matching opening appears, you can receive an email and follow the booking link. Availability can change before you finish booking; Jolf does not reserve the slot or guarantee a cancellation will appear.
Playing Aguila 18 with friends
Choose the course variant first, then compare the window available to the reservation holder. If more than four friends want to play, ask the course about separate groups; do not assume five players can share one tee time.
Use a private Jolf round plan to agree on a date and collect interest before booking. Once you have a reservation, add the confirmed time and ask everyone to RSVP. A planning invitation is separate from a reservation with the course.
