Keep an eye on the round you want

Tee-time alerts for openings that fit your plans.

A Jolf watch monitors supported tee times for a date, time window, and number of players you choose. Turn on email alerts to hear about new matching openings. Those openings may include returned cancellations; the alert does not reserve a place, and availability can change before you book.

One active watch at one course is free. No card required.

From a search to an email

How to set up tee-time alerts.

  1. Choose the round you could play.

Sign in with an email code and open the calendar. Select a supported course, the date, your preferred time window, and one to four players. Use a realistic window and party size so an opening is useful when it appears.

  2. Save “Watch this search.”

Choose “Watch this search” in list view. Review the date, courses, and player count; you can also choose nine or 18 holes and a maximum price per player. Turn on “Email me matching tee times,” then save the watch. Email is a choice, not an automatic opt-in.

  3. Review a match and book.

New-match emails go to your sign-in address. Open the match, review its current availability, and follow the applicable course or provider booking option. Check the final price, rate eligibility, and cancellation terms before completing the reservation.

What a cancellation alert means

A watch looks for a matching opening.

A cancelled reservation can put a time back into circulation, but courses can also make inventory available for other reasons. Jolf watches the availability it can see; it does not identify every new opening as a cancellation or promise one will appear.

Start by checking the course’s booking window and reservation rules. Then watch the date you actually want. A course’s cancellation deadline is useful for understanding your own commitment, but it is not a guaranteed schedule for new tee times to appear.

Keep the filters honest.

Watching for two players will not solve a four-player plan. Broaden your time window, price limit, or course selection only when your group would accept the result. With Plus, one watch can include several courses you would play.

Be ready to make the reservation.

Decide who will book and agree on the budget before an alert arrives. A match can be taken by another golfer while you are checking with friends. Keep the provider’s confirmation once you complete a reservation; the watch email itself is not one.

Before you head out

Good questions. Clear answers.

Does a tee-time alert hold or book the time for me?

No. An email alert tells you about a matching opening. It does not hold the time or serve as a reservation confirmation. Review the current details and complete the applicable booking process; availability and prices can change before confirmation.

Can I watch more than one date?

Each watch has one date and time window. Plus lets you keep up to 10 active watches, so you can create separate watches for different days. A multi-course watch covers your selected courses for that watch’s date, time window, and player count.

Where do the emails go, and can I turn them off?

Matching-opening emails go to your Jolf sign-in email when you enable them for the watch. You can manage the preference in the watch or notification settings. With email alerts off, you can still check the watch in Jolf.

Why might a time be gone when I open an alert?

Another golfer may have booked it, or the provider may have changed the inventory. Jolf does not hold a time while an email is delivered or read. Review current availability and keep the watch aligned with the times your group can use.

Are alerts guaranteed to find a cancellation?

No. A matching opening depends on the course, date, booking options, and your filters. There is no guaranteed cancellation, alert delivery time, or successful reservation. Use the course’s official booking information alongside your watch.

Does everyone in my group need Plus?

No. Round planning, invitations, RSVPs, and saved groups are free. One organizer can maintain a free single-course watch or choose Plus for broader monitoring, then share a plan with friends. Agree on who will make the reservation when a suitable time appears.
