How far ahead can you book?
Fleming's own pages distinguish the seven-day standard window from the 8–30-day paid advance window. Follow those course-specific links and verify the terms shown for your selected rate.
When should you check for your date?
Count back from the day you want to play. All dates and release clocks use the course’s local time: America/Los_Angeles.
This guide's published rules may distinguish rate categories, advance fees or reservation channels. Check the linked source, then enter only the day window that applies to your booking. This tool does not assume a release time.
Check the official reservation policy → · Reviewed 2026-11-03. If the portal or course gives different terms, use those before booking.
What to know before you play
- Check that your reservation names Fleming and shows nine holes before paying; the two courses share a facility and booking entry points.
- The official course page lists reduced rates for San Francisco and Bay Area residents. Verify the documentation and rate category that apply to each player.
- Nine holes can suit a shorter outing, but the course does not promise a fixed completion time. Leave a buffer if someone has a firm commitment afterward.
What if tee times are full?
When your date is open for booking, Jolf can monitor supported tee times for your preferred day, time window and number of players. If a matching opening appears, you can receive an email and follow the booking link. Availability can change before you finish booking; Jolf does not reserve the slot or guarantee a cancellation will appear.
Playing Fleming 9 with friends
Decide on a nine-hole round together before collecting commitments. Make the per-player advance fee clear and confirm your player count before reserving, especially when friends are comparing Fleming with Harding's 18-hole option.
Use a private Jolf round plan to agree on a date and collect interest before booking. Once you have a reservation, add the confirmed time and ask everyone to RSVP. A planning invitation is separate from a reservation with the course.
