Where to book
L.A. City's FAQ lists a nonrefundable $10 per-player reservation deposit, credited toward the green fee at check-in. Reserve through the city's accepted channels; its rules prohibit tee-time resale and require the person who booked to play.

How far ahead can you book?
Player Card holders can book nine days ahead from 6 a.m.; other golfers can book seven days ahead from 6 a.m. These are the published city-wide windows, not a guarantee that your preferred time will be available.
When should you check for your date?
Count back from the day you want to play. All dates and release clocks use the course’s local time: America/Los_Angeles.
This guide's published rules may distinguish rate categories, advance fees or reservation channels. Check the linked source, then enter only the day window that applies to your booking. This tool does not assume a release time.

What to know before you play
- Cancel or adjust the player count at least 24 hours before play to avoid the city's no-show and short-show penalties. The reservation deposit remains nonrefundable.
- Confirm that the booking shows the full 18-hole Rancho Park course if that is your plan. A par-3 round or a back-nine offer is a different outing.
- Have the reservation holder ready to show the required ID or Player Card. The city requires check-in and payment at least 20 minutes before the tee time.
What if tee times are full?
When your date is open for booking, Jolf can monitor supported tee times for your preferred day, time window and number of players. If a matching opening appears, you can receive an email and follow the booking link. Availability can change before you finish booking; Jolf does not reserve the slot or guarantee a cancellation will appear.
Playing Rancho Park with friends
Book only the places you can fill and keep the reservation in the name of someone who will play. If a friend drops out, contact the city's booking call center early enough to adjust the player count rather than leaving an avoidable short-show.
Use a private Jolf round plan to agree on a date and collect interest before booking. Once you have a reservation, add the confirmed time and ask everyone to RSVP. A planning invitation is separate from a reservation with the course.
