Where to book
The operator accepts cancellations at least 24 hours before the tee time and warns of charges for missing players. Its course page describes lighting for play and practice until 10 p.m.; that closing time does not guarantee every late start will finish 18 holes.

How far ahead can you book?
The official rates page states seven-day advance booking, without an exact daily release time. The planner therefore gives a calendar check date, not a midnight or morning release claim. Junior rates are offered from the waitlist rather than this standard reservation path.
When should you check for your date?
Count back from the day you want to play. All dates and release clocks use the course’s local time: America/Los_Angeles.

What to know before you play
- Ask whether everyone wants an evening round or a full daytime round before booking. Lighting expands possible hours but does not remove the need to check the final available start.
- Confirm the player count early enough to meet the cancellation window. A smaller group can create a short-show charge for the organizer.
- If combining golf with a flight, plan the drive, rental-club return and airport check-in independently. Being near LAX does not establish a reliable transfer time.
What if tee times are full?
When your date is open for booking, Jolf can monitor supported tee times for your preferred day, time window and number of players. If a matching opening appears, you can receive an email and follow the booking link. Availability can change before you finish booking; Jolf does not reserve the slot or guarantee a cancellation will appear.
Playing Westchester with friends
Use a shared plan to settle the start range and the final headcount. Keep a daytime alternative if someone needs a predictable end to the outing; do not promise a completion time from the course's shorter yardage alone.
Use a private Jolf round plan to agree on a date and collect interest before booking. Once you have a reservation, add the confirmed time and ask everyone to RSVP. A planning invitation is separate from a reservation with the course.
